What the guarantee covers

Buy Wraith, mix it per the directions, and use it on your hunt. If it doesn't perform as promised, we will buy it back ... opened, mixed, partially used, doesn't matter. The guarantee assumes you used the product. You do not need the container to be full or unopened to make a claim.

How to make a claim

1. Contact us through the contact page on this site within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
2. Include your order number or proof of purchase, and tell us what didn't perform as promised.
3. Ship the product back to us, in whatever condition it's in. We will give you the return address when you contact us. You pay return shipping.
4. Once we receive the return, we refund the full purchase price of the product to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

The free spray bottle. If your order included the free promotional 23 oz spray bottle, keep it ... it does not need to be returned with a guarantee claim.

Limit. The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer.

Refund timing. Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of the day we receive your return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
